Animals are kept in a natural environment. During the summer they graze
on the hill side. During the winter they are provided wind breaks for
shelter in a winter pasture. |
Young Animals
Our animals are raised to 1,000—1,200 pounds and are under two years
old. This is an important part of tender meat. |
No Growth
Promotants
or hormones.
Animals graze grass when it is available and are provided a mixed ration
of silage and grains the rest of the time. |
